Silent Auction & Dinner October 11, 2024

AUCTION ITEM DROP OFF DEADLINE October 1, 2024

We are currently in the process of planning this spectacular evening.  Additional information and confirmed plans will be announced as soon as possible.  At this time, all information listed below is subject to change.  If you would like to assist with the planning of this event, please reach out to the Program Director.  Volunteers will be necessary to run this event, volunteer sign-up information will be sent out to all members as it becomes available.

About the Evening

The 2024 SVR Silent Auction and Dinner will take place at Snow Valley Ski Club on the evening of Friday, October 11, 2024. Those who have been with the program know how fun the evening is and how great it is to catch up with everyone after the summer months.  For those of you new to the club, it is a great evening to meet and mingle with other parents, coaches, and SVR staff.

Tickets

Each Snow Valley Racing family is required to purchase two tickets for event as part of their program registration. These two tickets can be used exclusively for your family or they can be given out to friends and colleagues to join the fun. We encourage you to purchase extra tickets so you can invite friends, business associates or additional family. Extra tickets are $75/person. Remember: the more tickets sold, the more money we can raise for our racers! More information regarding additional tickets will be available closer to the event date.

Silent Auction

Each family is required to supply a donation for the auction. Each donation needs to be accompanied by the donation form. Each family, whether you attend the event or not, is responsible for collecting a donation for the auction. This item should have a value of at least $75. Your donations can be dropped off at the race office (Tues-Fri, 10-4), or at dryland training. AUCTION ITEM DEADLINE OCTOBER 1.
