Grocery Card Program

• $2500.00 over five months, November 2024-March 2025. Minimum purchase is $500/month, no maximum per month.
• Selection forms and cheques must be submitted by October 23, 2024.
• Forms and cheques can be dropped off or mailed to the race office.
• Opting out of the program requires a single payment of $250.00 during season registration.
• Maximum five (5) cheques. 
• Cheques to be made out to Snow Valley Racing for the 1st of each month (Nov-Mar).
• Sobeys nor Snow Valley Racing will be responsible for lost or stolen cards.
• Cards can be used for all purchases except for liquor.
• Gift cards do not expire.
• Please ensure your email address is accurate on the order form as it is the primary means of communication.

The Grocery Card Program is one of the primary fundraising efforts that supports the organization and keeps our kids on the hill. It is a simple program where Sobeys sells Snow Valley Racing gift cards at a percentage of their face value and allowing us to generate revenue at NO cost to our membership!!

Each family is obligated to purchase $2,500.00 of gift cards from Sobeys through our club. Families can opt out of the program by paying an opt-out fee of $250.00 during registration. 

Cards are distributed on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00-6:45 pm on the second floor in the lodge (specifics to follow via email). As our 2024/25 ski programs start in the middle of November, snow permitting, the first cards will be available mid-November. Grocery cards will NOT be available for pickup at the office. Efforts will be made to accommodate any families that are unable to make the specified pickup times.
